News has broken that original stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are set to appear once again in the next chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. Production is currently underway.
A Significant Comeback for the Franchise
The actors will once again portray Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, the roles they originated. Industry whispers indicate their roles will probably be featured in a flash-forward sequence, given that the main film series concluded with their characters married and with children.
